TAG links up with Walker Sime

MANCHESTER-based surveyor Tenant Advisory Group (TAG) has struck a partnership deal with project manager Walker Sime.

TAG deals with relocations and lease renewals for various public and private sector organisations.

Mostly it handles tenant reviews of business rates, service charges and water ratesbut says the tie-up with Walker Sime will allow it to help clients with office fit-outs and the construction of new premises.

Founder Martyn Markland said: “The breadth and depth of experience in Walker Sime’s team allows us to broaden our offer significantly, without compromising on the quality of our service.

“It also means we can now help clients project manage anything from a small office fit-out to the construction of a large bespoke industrial unit.”
