Life Continuity plots expansion

A CREWE-based firm that promises to deliver spare keys or bank cards within an hour is planning a range of new services.

Life Continuity, formerly SpareKeys, provides its services to 500,000 customers through relationships with financial services firms such as Santander Bank.

It plans to reach two million people by the end of next year by expanding its services and increasing its client base in the UK home and motor insurance markets.

It is also looking for international business and will develop its original spare keys service online.

Director Edward Madden said: “Despite the current economic climate, significant growth over the next 18 months is very achievable for us.

“We are one of a handful of UK SME’s who are delivering fresh and innovative products and services that consumers truly value.

“Our forecasts, which may turn out to be overly-cautious, are based upon growing customer awareness and demand, plus a number of exciting client partnerships that are due to launch within the next six months.”

The business employs around nine staff and has a turnover of £1.2m.
