LPC makes start on Formby resi scheme

SALFORD-based LPC Living has started work on a £2.2m upmarket housing scheme in Formby, Merseyside.

It is planning seven three and four-bed family homes on a plot off Kirklake Road it acquired from administrators last year.

Foundations had already been laid by the previous developer but LPC has hired Southport’s RAL Architects to redesign the scheme. It is being built by Skelmersdale contractor CPUK Building.

Scott Neal, LPC’s marketing manager said: “Our research identified the strong demand for high quality, large family homes in Formby which have parking and easy access to the excellent local schools and the town centre.

“Our homes will complement the surrounding residential area, whilst having their own modern style and striking identity. We believe the redesigned layout of the seven homes will meet the needs of young families and create a better use of family space.

“Having made a name as one of the region’s most innovative builders of family housing we’re incredibly excited to be working on such a prestigious development.”

The first homes are expected to be complete by the end of the year and will cost at least £300,000.

LPC Living is owned by property investor Pervaiz Naviede through a Guernsey-based company, Okur Properties
