Bigger fleet to drive Delsol growth

DELIVERY firm Delsol has invested £278,000 to boost its fleet by 43%
The Deeside firm has used the cash to add 15 vans and two trucks to its fleet of 39 vehicles.
Director Tony Parry is now planning to build on last year’s record turnover figure of £5m.
He said: “It is fantastic to receive these new vehicles which will ramp up our ability to grow and provide a faster, more efficient and more cost effective service.
“We are determined to become the ‘go to’ transport firm for parcel and pallet services in North Wales and Cheshire. We know we can go head to head with big name couriers by offering better value, improved service and critically a commitment to invest in the local community and local people.”
The firm, which also has a base in Caernarfon, is run by Mr Parry and fellow director Simon Walker. It now has 85 staff.
