Appointments: Cushman & Wakefield; Napthens & more

COMMERCIAL property group Cushman & Wakefield has hired Matthew Stretton as a partner in its capital markets team in Manchester. 

Mr Stretton was previously a director at Jones Lang LaSalle in Manchester and has more than 12 years’ experience in the North West real estate market.

Bryan Laxton, chief executive of Cushman & Wakefield in the UK said: “Matthew has an excellent track record and brings superb contacts and years of experience in the North West market. He will strengthen our capital markets business considerably and will enable us to increase our market share in the North West investment market.”

LANCASHIRE law firm Napthens has expanded its commercial property team with two new hires.

Solicitor Mandy Adamson, who has previously worked for Addleshaw Goddard and Lawson, Coppock & Hart, and plot sales executive Deborah Stanners has joined the firm.
