Flexible Business Interiors set to double revenues

MANCHESTER-based Flexible Business Interiors says it should more than double sales next year to £7m after securing projects worth £4m.

In the first quarter it has lined up work at two office blocks on Deansgate and won an £800,000 industrial and office refurbishment in Winsford for Amerdale Investments.

On Deansgate it is handling the £1.5m refurbishment of 28,406 sq ft of office space at number 201, the former home of accountancy group Deloitte.

KAMES Capital on behalf of AEGON UK Property Fund has appointed FBI to undertake the refurbishment of two vacant floors of office space in the five-storey building.

Director Chris Newman said: “The business is vastly growing and we feel this is due to our clients seeing value in our ability to manage complex building refurbishments that require a high level of expertise on site.

“FBI has seen enquiries for refurbishment projects double this year and we hope to see this increase further throughout 2013.”

Joint letting agents for the building are Cushman & Wakefield and Jones Lang LaSalle.
