PEEL Group’s £5.5bn Liverpool Waters scheme was given the green light by the city council’s planning committee.

THE Government approved a controversial energy plant near Northwich.
6. Peel goes shopping for Lowry Outlet Mall
PEEL Group bought the Lowry Outlet Mall in Salford from North West rival Emerson in a deal worth around £70m.
