Lettings latest: Trafford Park, Altrincham town centre, and more

AGENT Nolan Redshaw has been instructed on behalf of a private client to sell the three-acre former Castlecroft Caravan and Camping Centre in Radcliffe.

The site, on Eton Hill Road, generates an annual income of around £130,000.

Surveyor Andrew Ashworth said: “This is a large site, which offers immediate income to any potential investor alongside prospective redevelopment opportunties, subject to gaining the necessary planning consent.”

ELECTRICAL equipment distributor Edmundson Electrical has relocated a branch of its Electric Center business to new premises on Trafford Park, Manchester.

It has taken 6,818 sq ft Unit 1A at Ashburton Park on a ten-year lease at a rent of £6/sq ft.

Edmundson, which acquired the Electric Center electrical wholesale business from building merchant Wolseley in July 2011, moved the branch from Westbrook Park on Trafford Park.

Andy Backhouse, associate director industrial and logistics at the Manchester office of Colliers International, secured the letting on behalf of CBRE Global Investors with joint agent Davies Harrison.

WOMEN’S fashion retailer, Zeman Couture, has relocated its business from Tarvin in Cheshire to Altrincham town centre.

It has taken a three-year lease on 3,253 sq ft on Stamford New Road.

Owner Rijk Zeman said: “We felt it was time to base ourselves in a more central location and one which would enable us expand our offer and range of designers”.
