At Seneca he will focus on developing the firm’s ability to calculate accurately the profits made by banks on particular products they have sold and the losses incurred by businesses.
Tim Murphy, director of Seneca Banking Consultants said: “In addition to Simon, who is one of the leading figures in his field, we are currently in the process of recruiting additional legal expertise to support Dan Fallows and specialists from within the mainstream banks who are currently dealing with these claims on behalf of the banks.
“Within a matter of days we believe Seneca will have the strongest service offering in the country in this highly specialised area. We offer a completely differentiated service to those small legal firms that are jumping on this bandwagon believing this is another PPI, when clearly it is far more complex and requires a much broader service offering than knowledge of litigation.”
