The companies, which already share offices, say the deal will allow them to offer a range of PR, marketing and creative services. It will now trade as Creation PR.

GAP is owned by Guy Parker while Creation ADM is owned by Hannah Cressy and Gary Young. They did not say how the shareholding of the new business will be split.

Mr Parker said: “This is a great opportunity to strengthen our services and means we can offer full creative support to new and existing customers.”
 
Gary Young said: “The rebranding of GAP PR allows us to formalise our existing professional relationship.”

DIGITAL marketing firm Bite Digital has acquired a team of web designers specialising in the e-commerce platform Magento.

It has acquired the division, which has five staff, from Hebden Bridge-based Losource for an undisclosed sum.

The move takes the sixe of Bite’s team to 20, following a following a merger with London-based eAZeMedia earlier in the year.

Bite’s managing director Jason Cozens, said: “With the growth in popularity and associated benefits of open source software, in particular Magento, it was a strategic decision to bring the skills of our Magento partner – Losource – in-house and focus our capabilities.”

MCCANN Manchester has been appointed to work with Pizza Hut Delivery, following a four-way pitch.

The agency has been charged with the creation of an integrated communications idea to support the growth of the brand.

In December 2012 Pizza Hut Delivery announced it was planning to open a further 100 stores by 2014.
