175,000 sq ft letting agreed at Winsford shed

GLOUCESTERSHIRE-based logistics group Howard Tenens has taken a 175,000 sq ft distribution base at Winsford Industrial Park.

It has agreed a five-year lease at £3.50/sq ft on the facility which is known as ONE175.

Other occupiers at the park include Linpac Material Holdings, H&M Hennes, Henkel, International Paper and Advanced Medical Systems.

The letting was handled by Law of Property Act receivers, Roger Phillips and Greg Judd of GVA. The name of the site’s owner was not disclosed.

Andrew Pexton, director of GVA, said: “ONE175’s strategic location with excellent transport links will provide the ideal base for Howard Tenens to service their clients on both a local and national level.”

ONE100, a 100,000 sq ft refurbished industrial unit, still remains available at a rent of £295,000 a year, or for sale for £2.5m. Lamont Commercial is joint agent with GVA on the scheme.
