Braemar Estates toasts £1bn assets milestone

NORTH West-based property management company Braemar Estates is toasting reaching a milestone £1bn of assets under administration.
The Hale, Greater Manchester, business has a portfolio which includes a number of landmark properties including Grosvenor’s One Park West in Liverpool and Manchester’s Beetham Tower as well as the award winning Clapham One in London.
Braemar Estates now manages a total of 63 residential blocks across the UK containing 4,625 units, as well as acting as ground rent collection agent for a further 5,021 units.
It has grown significantly following its acquisition by Brooks Macdonald Group in July 2010.
