GVA team joins Turley

MANCHESTER-based planning and urban design consultancy Turley Associates has poached three staff from GVA to run a national economic planning team.

Team leader Richard Laming, director Antony Pollard and senior adviser Matt Spilsbury, will help clients measure the viability of planning proposals in a wider economic context.
