Directors take stake in Harris Partnership

TWO associate directors at the Manchester office of architecture firm The Harris Partnership have received shares in the business after a restructuring.
Ben Battye and David Evans jointly head the firm’s operation in the city.
The Harris Partnership was founded in 1984 and has offices in Milton Keynes, Wakefield and Reading as well as Manchester.
Its architects have worked on schemes such as Warrington’s Birchwood Shopping Centre and a Tesco store in Oldham. The firm employs a total of 140 staff.
Managing director Paul Mitchell said the issue of shares to Mr Battye and Mr Evans recognised their contribution to the growth of the practice, adding that they were a key part of its development plans.
