Lettings latest: Padiham offices up for grabs; Assura moves to Daresbury

PROPERTY consultant Nolan Redshaw has been instructed to market Communications House at Shuttleworth Mead Business Park in Padiham, near Burnley, on behalf of Skipton Building Society.

The 18,658 sq ft office building is available on a freehold or leasehold basis. Nolan Redshaw is asking £1.85m for the freehold or £8.50 per sq ft for leasehold.

Shuttleworth Mead Business Park is currently home to occupiers such as Fagan & Whalley, Baytouch, Spring Thyme Oils and Murano Eyewear.

LIVERPOOL property Agents Mason Owen has secured 5,100 sq ft of office space on Daresbury Business Park for Assura Medical.

The organisation, a provider of NHS medical services across the UK, will occupy the stand alone office in Cinnabar Court.

Cinnabar Court is the latest speculative development at Daresbury Park which is made up of 17 office buildings. It is home to BNFL, AD Holdings, De Vere Group HQ and HS Administrative Services.
