Student block planned for Ardwick
A DEVELOPER has submitted plans for an eight storey student block in Plymouth Grove, Manchester.
Mr PK Sharma has lodged plans with Manchester City Council for 62 apartment block at the junction with Upper Brook Street.
It will replace an older building which is divided into bedsits and flats.
According to the application the block will have six “accessible apartments”, 19 studio flats, 14 two-bed apartments, 10 three-bed, nine four-bed and four five-bed.
