ULTIMATE Law has appointed Raymond Levy and Jessica Nadav to its expanding bridging finance department, within its commercial property division.

The Altrincham firm said both were experienced ex-City Solicitors with extensive experience in residential and commercial matters.

Managing partner Daniella Lipszyc said: “The property market outside London is now seeing some movement. Investors want to maximise on acquisitions whilst prices are still low. They are turning to short-term funding to secure deals, as the traditional lenders are still reticent to lend and even then are slow to react.

“Investors are losing out on deals because banks are just too slow, so they are now resorting to bridging finance to secure their acquisitions. The key to our growth in this arena is providing high quality, slick processing – customising transactions in line with client requirements.”
