Fitout firm Paragon moves into Belvedere

PARAGON INTERIORS GROUP, the Nottingham-based office design and fit-out specialist, is opening its first regional office at the Belvedere building in Manchester city centre.
The company will take 2,900 sq ft on the ground floor of the Booth Street building on a 15 year lease.
It said that designs for the showroom, which is due to open in September, has been created feature a “contemporary extension of the workspace” with a cafe/bar area for visiting property consultants, as well as providing office space for its own staff.
The firm said the opening would lead to the creation of 12 new jobs, and that the office would be used to serve major regional clients including JD Sports, Adidas and Adecco.
Mike McKeown has been appointed as head of Paragon Interior Group’s Manchester office. He said: “Manchester is a deliberate choice to pioneer our company’s regionalisation.
“The city holds a well-defined property market with renewed signs of increased activity and we’re delighted to be entering it with our unique service offering.”
