Plans submitted for 250 new Knutsford homes

A PLANNING application has been submitted for around 250 new homes in Knutsford.

Master-planned by Manchester-based 5plus Architects, the plans have been brought forward by The Tatton Estate and its planning adviser HOW Planning>

The development is on land located to the North of Parkgate Industrial Estate in the town.

The plans including a package of associated woodland buffers, ecological mitigation zones. The scheme will also deliver a significant proportion of new affordable homes to help meet local needs.
