Your chance to ride with GB cycling stars
CYCLING enthusiasts can learn from the best in the business at an exclusive event to raise money for the the On the Road to Recovery charity team.
Just 16 tickets are available for for an exciting, one-off track session with GB cycling champions Pete Mitchell and Callum Skinner.
The session, which will take place at the Manchester Velodrome on September 1 at 6pm, will cater for 16 cycling enthusiasts of any ability for £50 per person.
All of the proceeds will go towards the ‘On The Road To Recovery’ grueling charity cycle challenge for the Christie Hospital, which will see a group of North West businessmen complete the gruelling five stages of the Tour De France in as many days in September.
Pete Mitchell is a former World Team Sprint Champion and Callum Skinner is a GB National individual sprint champion.
The session will include a one-hour ride on the Manchester Velodrome track with a certified coach and the experienced GB riders. After the track session there will be a photograph and autograph session and Q&A with the cyclists.
All of the funds for this event will go directly towards the On The Road To Recovery fundraising, which aims to raise enough money for two mobile chemotherapy units, that will take world-class Christie care closer to patients’ homes. To buy tickets, contact Sarah Boyle on 0161 236 1352.
