Administrators appointed to another Smooth business

A SECOND business controlled by Sale-based Mark Broadstock has gone into administration.

In July administrators from the Manchester accountancy firm Royce Peeling Green were appointed to debt management firm Smooth Financial Consultants.

At the time it was subject to a winding-up petition by a company called RPS RE A II, based in London.

Now Citizens Claims, which specialised in payment protection insurance claims, is also being handled by Royce Peeling Green.

The business, based at Jackson House in Sale, was controlled by the Smooth Investment Group which is owned by Mark Broadstock. It holds 75% while the balance is owned by Nour Ismail El-haddad.
