Pervaiz Naviede buys in Liverpool

THE Pervaiz Naviede Family Trust has spent £3m on a 16-storey residential tower close to Liverpool city centre.

Heysmoor Heights in the Sefton Park area was bought out of administration from Deloitte which was appointed to the previous owner, Edinburgh-based FM Heysmoor Heights, in 2010.

The deal includes 63 refurbished one and two bed apartments, 49 secure parking spaces and the freehold to the building, which has a total of 98 flats.

The Pervaiz Naviede Family Trust owns a number of companies including property developer LPC Living.

Spokesman Rudi Falla said: “Our due diligence indicated a significant demand for high quality, affordable rental accommodation in this area given its location on the edge of Liverpool centre city. With the units finished to a very high standard this represents an excellent long-term residential investment opportunity for the Trust’s portfolio”.

The development will be managed by LPC Living which originally specialised in tower block redevelopments. Heysmoor Heights marks the company’s return to high-rise schemes after more than six years.

Heysmoor Heights is on Greenheys Road overlooking Princes Park. The trust has also bought properties in Burnley, Cambridge and Manchester this year.

The Manchester office of Gateley acted on behalf of the buyer. The agent was Eddisons.
