Driver Group bolts-on in Hong Kong

INTERNATIONAL arbitration services and construction consultancy Driver Group has strengthened its presence in Asia with a strategic bolt-on acquisition.

The Rossendale, Lancashire-based group has acquired certain contracts and goodwill of PJ Consulting and its proprietor Peter Ho, a Hong Kong based arbitrator, mediator and quantum expert.

Mr Ho, described by Driver as “an experienced, very well respected and long standing consultant in Hong Kong and the wider Asia Pacific market” will joining the business and lead its new Hong Kong office, which will
open on  October 1.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Driver group chief executive Dave Webster said: “This is another significant step in delivering our strategy of expanding our platform in Asia Pacific and providing support to clients in this region.”
