Proventec strengthens exec team
LIVERPOOL specialist steam cleaning group Proventec has strengthened its executive team with the appointment of Samir El-Assal as chief operations officer.
Mr El-Assal has been the managing director of Frank, the Germany-based Proventec portfolio company, since 2006.
Prior to Frank, he spent five years as a management consultant at Arthur Andersen and holds a MBA from Ohio University in the US.
Proventec said it had acquired a minority stake in Frank for 40 million new shares.
On Thursday, October 3, investors will vote to change the name of the group to OspreyFrank.
