Frogmore lets unit to Work Inc Group
FROGMORE Real Estate Partners has let a 7,000 sq ft unit at its Altrincham Business Park to Work Inc Group.
The workplace designer was let unit A2 on a five year term at £6.50 per sq ft.
Colliers CRE acted as joint agent with King Sturge on behalf of owners FREP and Work Inc Group was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
Andy Backhouse, senior surveyor, logistics and industrial at Colliers CRE Manchester, said unit A2 was the last remaining business unit in the second phase of the 300,000 sq ft business park.
He said: “We’re delighted to have secured this letting on behalf of FREP. It is a popular, well-established location which is highly desirable to businesses for industrial or distribution use.”
The business park was purchased by FREP this year for £29m.
