Ainscough Group backs luxury developer Edenhouse

THE Ainscough Group’s property finance arm Flourish Capital has invested in a high-end £13m development in Cheshire.
Flourish Capital has agreed a joint venture with North West developer Edenhouse Estates – which is led by former Crosby regional chairman Nick Carter.
The agreement sees Flourish Capital part-finance Edenhouse’s flagship development, Eden Park on Macclesfield Road in Alderley Edge.
Ranging in price from £3,25m to £5,75m Eden Park comprises of just three three villa-style properties. All include swimming pools and steam rooms, gyms, and media rooms.
Commenting on the partnership Brendan Ainscough said: “The £3m plus housing market felt the squeeze during the downturn. However, as the economic recovery takes hold and market conditions continue to improve we believe this project presents a great opportunity.
“Eden Park stands out from the crowd, its offering is more than just the purchase of a house. Edenhouse is selling a lifestyle, buyers will benefit from around the clock care and attention such as 24/7 security and a concierge service.
