GVA heads to 4 St Paul’s Square

PROPERTY agent GVA has taken 3,500 sq ft at the English Cities Fund’s 4 St Paul’s Square in Liverpool.

It is moving from Exchange Station in Tithebarn Street after agreeing a 10-year lease.

It follows CBRE which took 2,500 sq ft at the 110,000 grade A building several months ago. Santander took the 14,000 sq ft top floor last year.

Patrick Whitby, regional senior director and head of GVA’s Liverpool office, said: “Our Liverpool team has expanded significantly over the past two years and we are delighted to announce our impending move to larger premises at 4 St Paul’s Square. This follows an expansion of our services in Merseyside and further strengthens our regional network.

“Relocations such as ours in Liverpool are essential for the future growth of the company not just in Liverpool, but throughout the North West region and the wider UK.”

The firm expects to move in January.
