Spinningfields block sold for £19.9m

THE 50,000 sq ft Vantage Point office block in Spinningfields has changed hands for nearly £20m.
London-based Lothbury Property Trust has bought the building, home to Allied Irish Bank and NorthEdge Capital, for £19.9m.
It has been sold by Manchester-based Hardman Estates. Other tenants include financial recruiter Oliver James Associates, legal recruiter Sacco Mann and property management firm 25 Moorgate.
Manchester law firm Kuits Solicitors advised Hardman Estates, while Lothbury was advised by Wragge & Co. Simon Wood of B8 Real Estate also advised.
