Royal British Legion takes 6,000 sq ft in office move

THE Royal British Legion has taken a 10-year lease on 6,000 sq ft at Victoria Buildings on the corner of Cross Street and Albert Square in Manchester.
The letting covers two ground floor shops, two upper office floors and a small basement.
It will be the new regional base for the charity which will move from its current office in Marble Street.
Area manager Richard Foster said: “After a long search, we decided that this building in this prominent position is absolutely ideal and we are looking forward to moving in.”
The Royal British Legion was advised by Savills. The building is owned by the Manchester-based Wrather Group. It was jointly advised by Edwards & Co and Jones Lang LaSalle.
