Sutton Kersh prepares for final 2013 Liverpool auction

A former 16-bed care home in Wavertree is among 102 at the Sutton Kersh auction in Liverpool on December 12.

Hollystead House on Old Mill Lane is a detached grade II-listed period property set within 1.25 acres.

The property is being offered at a guide price of £350,000.

Other lots include a double fronted three-storey detached property in Southport which is being offered on behalf of a housing association at a guide of £200,000.
