Lettings latest: Merseyway; Sci-Tech Daresbury; Hurstwood

Sci-Tech Daresbury’s flagship Enterprise Zone development, Vanguard House, is now almost 70% full after signing its latest tenant, Cash Management Solutions (CMS).
CMS, a company which specialises in forecasting and managing cash and currency for its clients, is the fourteenth occupier.
The company manages around £15bn in cash annually, across 20,000 sites, in 25 countries. It has taken 2,600 sq ft in Daresbury where it employs 25 staff.
Managing director Andrea Donafee said: “We’re delighted with the move to Sci-Tech Daresbury and with our new offices at Vanguard House. This is a site where open innovation and ingenuity in business is really encouraged and promoted – which is an approach very much in keeping with our own ethos.

MERSEYWAY shopping centre in Stockport has signed up two new tenants.
Pandora has taken a 10-year lease on a 717 sq ft unit and The Perfume Shop has agreed a 10-year lease 1,159 sq ft.
These latest lettings mean that 87 out of the total of 91 retail units at the centre are now occupied.
Jacqueline O’Shea, director of property agents GVA and managing agent of Merseyway, said: “The arrival of The Perfume Shop and Pandora further strengthens the successful and diversified range of brand retailers designed to meet the needs of our target market of customers from Stockport itself and south Manchester.
“We continue to strive for maximum occupancy and are confident of securing further lettings to local and national retailers in the remainder of 2013 and into 2014.”

LANDLORD Hurstwood has let more office space at New Hall Hey Business Centre in Rawtenstall to long-time tenants Atrium Legal Services.
The company now occupies an additional 2,600 sq ft on the second floor after agreeing a deal on Suite 10, taking its total to 9,600 sq ft.
Atrium Legal Services Limited is a claims management company that specialises in industrial disease claims for injuries and illnesses such as hearing loss, back pain and repetitive strain injury.
