HYDE-based property consultancy Millson Associates has completed a project on behalf of chocolate retailer Cocoba, designing its new shop at the Bluewater Shopping Centre in Kent.
Millson, which has operated from its Tameside base since 1980, launched aLondon office this year.
Clare Wood was put in place to oversee the operation and undertake design and project management for clients including Punch Taverns.
She said: “I am proud of this project which is a testament to the kind of fit-out work we undertake throughout the UK. We took design inspiration from the brand’s established packaging, tuning the interior with the striking palette of colours already created.
“The main objective of the design was to form a division of space within one long linear unit and create separate retail and eatery areas. We contrasted an industrial feel with a contemporary design to create an upbeat, welcoming and relaxing vibe. To further reinforce the client’s brand we created a neutral background with playful wall graphics and introduced statement furniture.”
