Lettings latest: Knowsley business parks, and the Metquarter
TELECOMS firm Curveball Solutions has taken a 9,400 sq ft on Unit 8, Moorgate Business Park, Knowsley.
The company was advised by law firm Weightmans. Other professional advisors included the landlord’s solicitors, Shoosmiths Milton Keynes, and landlord’s agent, Robert Diggle of ES Group.

ACTING for Caddick Developments, CBRE has let a 12,155 sq ft industrial unit on Penrhyn Court in Knowsley to engineering business the Central Group on a 10-year lease.
Quoting rents on the estate are £4.75/sq ft.
The scheme is currently home to a number of occupiers including Portakabin, MED Imaging, Parker Packaging, Paper 4 Print, Beverston Engineering and Green Thumb.
Darren Hill of CBRE said: “Central Group’s headquarters is based in Knowsley and due to the company’s ongoing success they needed more space but were keen to remain in the area. Penrhyn Court presented the ideal solution as it offers high quality modern accommodation in a sought after location close to the motorway networks.”

JEWELLERY retailer Mococo has opened a new shop in Liverpool’s Metquarter.
The store, on the ground floor, replaces the much Mococo shop, which opened in Metquarter in 2009.
Lee Hooson, managing director at Mococo, said: “We are so excited about our brand new store in Liverpool’s Metquarter. The City’s customers have been so loyal to us, they deserve to have even more of the world’s most exciting jewellery brands at their fingertips.”
