Appointments: TFC; Positive Cashflow; One Marketing
DAVID Rowley has joins forces with director Ben Fallows at Manchester commercial agent TFC.
During the last 20 years he has led agency teams at Savills and under the Birchfield Estates banner undertaken his own developments.
He joins from PwC’s turnaround and restructuring arm of the business working with banks and corporates.
Mr Fallows said: “TFC has been trading for over seven years and I believe the time has come to accelerate the growth of the business. I have been looking at a number of opportunities and with David I will have an experienced partner and the synergy to expand. TFC will continue to provide a first class service at a senior level and extend the scope of activity to incorporate more strategic partners in the near future.”
Mr Rowley said: “As a niche practice specialising in delivering a bespoke service to its clients across the UK we will be building on my restructuring expertise to provide full asset management solutions and turnaround advice to optimise returns for property owners and investors.”

INVOICE finance firm Positive Cashflow Finance has appointed Joe Vasey as regional sales director.
Mr Vasey joins the firm from RBS Invoice Finance where he worked for four years, most recently as head of business development.
He will be working alongside Paul Varley to help grow the firm’s portfolio.
He said: “The North West represents a great opportunity for new business development. There are many businesses in this region that are looking to grow, and asset-based lending and invoice finance are proving to be increasingly effective in supporting their needs.”

MANCHESTER-based integrated agency One Marketing Communications has taken on senior account executive Sally Russell.
She joins from SLG Marketing as a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom specialist following consecutive client wins in the sector.
Managing director Wayne Silver said: “We are thrilled to have Sally on-board. Her previous in-house and agency experience, which includes commercial washroom control manufacturer, Rada as well as plastic piping manufacturer, Polypipe, combined with her drive and determination means she will be a great asset to the team.”
