De Poel Clarity makes first acquisition
THE healthcare arm of Knutsford recruitment firm de Poel has made its first acquisition.
De Poel Clarity, ultimately owned by the Brookfield Rose Group, has bought Essex-based compliance firm Compli With Us and its subsidiary Compliance Passport from Craig Tibbles. The value of the deal was not disclosed.
Compli With Us offers a one-stop-shop service for medical staffing agencies and the NHS, covering the mandatory requirements for those working in healthcare. Compliance Passport provides online “professional passports”, which store information about each candidate and the status of their compliance.
