Deal sees Digital Next merge with Just Search
SWEDISH online marketing group, the Online Group has taken a 51% stake in Manchester’s Digital Next.
The Online Group, formerly Getupdated, has merged the search specialist with its Macclesfield-based UK business Just Search.
Digital Next, formerly SEONext, was founded by brothers Mark and Justin Blackhurst in 2009.
Justin Blackhurst, managing director, said: “Joining forces with Just Search UK will bring great opportunities for all involved. We will be able to offer a greater range of products to our customers in England, and our employees will receive a skills exchange with each other across national boundaries with our new sister companies in Europe and USA.
“Digital Next will have a significant role in a large group that will require more from all of us together to become Europe’s leader in hosting and online marketing.”

means that Online Group have more opportunities to grow and establish themselves in the UK market.
