ServicePower plugs in with Electrolux

FIELD-management software developer ServicePower has announced a contract win with electronics group Electrolux, which it says will deliver “significant revenues”.
The French-based customer has launched three additional ServicePower products – its ServiceOperations, ServiceStats and ServiceScheduling software to provide additional field management capabilities.
Over the course of a the “multi-year” contract Electrolux will use ServiceOperations to manage its North American third party contractor network and ServiceStats software to provide workflow enhancing intelligence.
Electrolux is one of the global leaders in appliance products, selling more than 40 million products to customers in 150 countries annually. It has used ServicePower’s ServiceMarket software since January 2013 and by adding ServiceOperations, ServiceStats and ServiceScheduling capabilities, it expects to enhance the flexibility, responsiveness, effectiveness and productivity of its field management service.
