GB Group hails 27% increase in operating profits

CHESTER-based identity tracking firm GB Group has said its full year results will show a 27% increase in adjusted operating profits to around £7m.

The group said its results, to be published in full in July, will be ahead of market consensus with a 15% increase in adjusted revenues to £41.6m (2013 adjusted: £36.3m).

Richard Law, chief executive, said: “The profit performance is particularly impressive given that the group increased operational expenditure by approximately £1m during the year on the development and expansion of our international services, the majority of the benefit of which will be felt in next and future years.”
