STOCKPORT marketing firm APS Group has been selected by Ford to handle a showroom upgrade across its European locations.

APS said it has been appointed to deliver an “end-to-end solution” involving the appearance of the dealerships to create “a more customer-friendly experience”.

The company will manage the manufacture, procurement, logistics and implementation of materials such as free-standing walls and furniture.

Following production of prototypes for pilots in showrooms in France, Germany and the UK, APS has already completed showroom upgrades across a number of markets and will continue to roll-out in 19 languages across 21 countries throughout Europe.

Darren Jackson, director of retail solutions at APS, said: “Our global presence as an agency has given us an advantage in understanding how we approach different locations and we have worked with Ford to develop a solution that reflects this.”
