Property moves: Lambert Smith Hampton and DTZ

LAMBERT Smith Hampton (LSH) has announced five senior promotions at its Manchester office, with two new directors and three associate directors.

They are among 28 promotions across the UK at the property agent.

Christiaan Flatley (valuation) and Jonathan Such (property management) have both been appointed as directors. James Graham (building consultancy), Adam Jackson (office agency) and Ben Roberts (capital markets) have all been promoted to associate directors.

DTZ has appointed four new staff to its Manchester office.

Rhian Davitt-Jones has joined as a senior consultant, while Simon Page and Daniel Searle have been appointed as surveyors in the building consultancy and residential teams respectively. Lucy Fitzhugh has joined as a senior consultant.

Davitt-Jones is a town planner with over six years experience in both the public and private sectors, specifically within housing and regeneration, having most recently worked as an area manager at the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA).

Page was previously a building Surveyor at AA Projects in Leeds, and Searle previously worked at Savills and Knight Frank. Fitzhugh was previously an associate director in the development consultancy team at Savills in Birmingham.

John Keyes, senior director at DTZ and head of the Manchester office, said: “We are committed to delivering high quality services to our clients and these four high calibre recruits will help us to do this. They are a great addition to the office and we look forward to announcing further appointments as part of our ongoing growth plans.”
