Chorley industrial estate sold

LOW Mill Industrial Estate at Whittle-le-Woods near Chorley has changed hands for £1.5m.

It has been sold by private investors to an unnamed family trust.

Low Mill is a mixed industrial estate producing a rental income of £130,000 a year.

Bury-based Nolan Redshaw advised the buyer.

Director Mike Redshaw said: “We were delighted to acquire the investment on behalf of our clients and believe the estate provides an opportunity for solid income growth, as well as strong potential for future redevelopment.”
