Law firm takes 10,000 sq ft at Mann Island

LAW firm WP Thompson has sub-let 10,600 sq ft from Merseytravel at No. 1 Mann Island at Liverpool’s waterfront.

The firm, which specialises in intellectual property cases, has signed a 10-year lease.

The building still has 32,000 sq ft available over three floors at a quoting rent of £20.50/sq ft.

CBRE advised Merseytravel while Adept Consultancy acted for WP Thompson which is moving from the Coopers Building in Church Street.
