Orega takes 24,000 sq ft at MediaCityUK

SERVICED office provider Orega has taken 24,000 sq ft across three floors at MediaCityUK’s Blue Tower.

The deal takes the London-based operator’s total space in Manchester to 62,000 sq ft. Its other centres are at Three Piccadilly and 76 King Street.

At the Blue Tower Orega said it will offer a range of spaces from two to 100 desks.

The office spec and technical infrastructure will be exceptional and will reflect the cutting edge nature of the environment we’re in.”
 
Tim Taylor, MediaCityUK’s leasing manager, said: “Orega is a fantastic addition to the commercial office space offering at MediaCityUK and will serve as a seed bed for SMEs. It will equally become a high quality environment for larger and more established companies looking for flexible office space.”

The project is due for completion later this year.
