Clean Air Power in £1m fundraising

DUAL fuel engine developer Clean Air Power is raising £1m through a share placing.
The Leyland-based firm is placing 25 million shares at 4p each, a 27% discount on yesterday’s closing price.
It said the cash will be used for working capital.
CAP said: “This will enable the company to take advantage of opportunities as they arise.”
The business, which counts Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich among its investors, develops dual-fuel engine management systems for heavy duty vehicles.
