Crowe Clark Whitehill set for Lexicon switch

THE Manchester office of accountancy firm Crowe Clark Whitehill is to move to the Lexicon on Mount Street in the autumn..
The firm, currently at Arkwright House, Parsonage Gardens, will move to the new building in early September. It has signed a lease for 10 years on 6,000 sq ft of space.
The Lexicon at 10 Mount Street was originally called Television House as it was once home to the Independent Television Commission. It has been extensively refurbished in recent years and now comprises 10 floors of offices, above five ground floor retail units. Existing tenants include accountants Mazars, law firm Croftons and trade mark attorneys Appleyard Lees.
Crowe Clark Whitehill office managing partner Michael Jayson said: “It marks a really positive step forward in Crowe Clark Whitehill’s long term investment in Manchester and the region.
“Our new offices are much more suited to our needs and include a larger and more up-to-date seminar room able to accommodate more than 50 delegates as well as tele-conference facilities in the meeting rooms.”

Crowe Clark Whitehill were advised by Lorraine Lockie of Stockport law firm Gorvins.
Richard Lace of OBI Property represented Crowe Clarke Whitehall on the leasehold acquisition. Charter Design Architects has been retained to undertake the interior design.
