Slater Heelis merges with Mohindra Maini

LAW firm Slater Heelis has merged with city centre practice Mohindra Maini Solicitors.

Mohindra Maini was started 18 years ago by Sunil Mohindra and his wife Meera Maini in Manchester. It specialises in commercial work , inward and outward investment, litigation and property transactions.

Mr Mohindra, a physics graduate and former insurance broker, said: “The move to incorporating the Mohindra Maini practice into Slater Heelis brings a well -established  and respected law firm’s extensive range of  services to our current clients.  I am also pleased that the entire team of Mohindra Maini will be working within the new practice.”

The two-partner firm’s base at Oxford Court in the city centre will be maintained.

Slater Heelis LLP has origins dating back as far as 1773 will now have 120 staff working at six offices across the region.
