Millson hired for £35m Seddon projects
MANCHESTER property consultancy Millson Associates has been appointed to advise Seddon Homes on the delivery of 197 homes.
The projects, with a total development value of £35m, are spread across several sites.
Some 87 houses are in Congleton and Sandbach while 59 are in Castleford, West Yorkshire. There are a further nine in Stone, Staffordshire.
Millson has been hired to secure planning consent for the developments.
Associate Ryan Brookes said: “We have an excellent eight-year working relationship with Seddon Homes and I am delighted to be able to extend our work with these latest projects which we hope will ultimately bring 197 much-needed homes.”
Millson Associates has offices in Manchester and London and employs 18 staff.
