Recruiter Decision rebrands and targets the Midlands

WARRINGTON construction, social housing and maintenance sector jobs firm Decision Recruitment has undergone a name change and is setting up a base in Solihull.

It will be now known as Ionic and the rebrand includes a new website, logo and a marketing drive.

The firm said the name change was part of an on-going business growth strategy that aims to drive turnover to £5.3m in the current financial year.

At its new office in Solihull Ionic plans to employ eight staff, bringing the total to 27.

Managing director Martyn Makinson said: “One of our key business objectives is to work with our clients and candidates at a local level and this is also the next stage of our business growth.

“It’s an exciting time for the business and we are looking forward to talking to current and new clients and candidates about how we can help them achieve their personal/business goals and objectives in the coming months.”
