Stockport tower up for sale

AN 11-storey block in the centre of Stockport is on the market.

Lambert Smith Hampton has been appointed to find a buyer for 53,000 sq ft Regal House in Duke Street.

It said the block, which is currently empty, could be used for offices, apartments or a hotel.

The identity of the vendor and the guide price have not been disclosed.
