JD Sports adds to space in Heywood
SPORTS retailer JD Sports Fashion has taken an extra 131,600 sq ft of space on a two-year lease at SEGRO’s Heywood Distribution Park in Rochdale.
Segro said that it worked closely with the firm to find “a flexible and quick solution” to its requirement for extra space on a short-term basis.
Jane Leedham, Leasing Manager from SEGRO, said: “We are always looking at how we can develop and build on existing relationships with our occupiers, which will help them fulfil a broad range of requirements.
“JD Sports had a short-term requirement and we were only too happy to accommodate them.”
King Sturge and Savills are joint agents at Heywood Distribution Park.
